EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY

We offer exchange in sizes for all items on our website. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email at babeberrry@gmail.com . 
Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange/return only if it is a standard product.
We do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally unless the fault is at our end meaning that the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped. Therefore, we request you to go through the measurements chart carefully.
We will not entertain exchanges any later than 3 days. If you wish to return/exchange a piece, please send us a mail within 3 days of receiving your order..
Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate. In the event of an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
